As with all of his characters, the Brooklyn artist marks the "Pushead Companion" with his iconic "X" to replace the character's wide-eyed eyes. The collaborative design draws on Pushead's hardcore punk and heavy metal aesthetic, using metal finishes and incorporating an aggressive expression on the adorned face and body.
